Seymour Duncan 35 Limited Edition Guitar
To celebrate 35 years of being the premier guitar pickup manufacturer, Seymour Duncan has released a limited amount of the Seymour Duncan 35. This hand-built custom guitar a re-creation of Seymour's personal axe which was an updated version of the "TeleGib" he built for Jeff Beck in the early 1970's. Featuring a one-piece swamp ash body that is a direct trace from a 1953 Blackguard Tele, the Seymour Duncan 35 Limited Edition Guitar has a deeper neck pocket (1950-1955 spec), a TOM style bridge, and loaded with Seymour Duncan Custom Shop JB/Jazz humbuckers. Also included in the case is a set of Seymour Duncan Zephyr Silver pickups. The Seymour Duncan 35 has the Liberator quick pickup change system installed for quick swapping between the vintage style and the new toneful Zephyrs. The Seymour Duncan 35 is a very unique instrument and there are only 35 of them made so don't miss out on this opportunity to own a bit of Seymour Duncan history.
Seymour Duncan 35 Limited Edition Guitar
The Seymour Duncan 35 is a collaborative project between Seymour, his luthier Frank Falbo, and the luthiers at Larrivee. All wood is hand selected from Jean Larrivee's top inventory and the fretting, nut work, and final setup are done by Frank Falbo. The Seymour Duncan 35 features a quarter-sawn rock maple neck with a 1" nut width and a traditional anchored truss rod. Seymour Duncan went one step further with a CNC machined walnut skunk stripe for a closer fit to the truss rod. The nut is made from 35,000 year old fossilized mastodon ivory, the bridge is medium carbon stainless steel machined by Callaham Guitars with a TonePros tailpiece. The Seymour Duncan 35 also features "blue box" pots by Bourns and a paper-in-oil replica tone cap by Luxe Capacitors. All these custom parts add up to an incredible tone machine that you have to hear to believe. The Seymour Duncan 35 is unlike any other guitar out there with unique features and a sound all it's own.
