Vox Modern Classic Combo Amplifier - AC4TV
Let’s say a big welcome back to the Vox AC4TV. This model has not been on the map since 1964 and we’ve missed it! The Vox AC4 is a single-ended class A all tube guitar amplifier that packs a mean 4 watts of vintage Vox tone. This small TV front combo amplifier solves the age old problem of having to run your tube amp loud to get the right tone. The AC-4 features a power selector switch so you can run it at 4, 1, or ½ watts for chimey Vox tone at any level. You also get a 16 ohm speaker output for adding an extension cab to the AC4TV for more bark to your bite. With the Vox AC4 your neighbors will love you and the studio has never been friendlier. You can also play your favorite small gigs with only a single 20lb amp. Sweet!
Vox AC4TV Modern Classic
Brian May at any level! That’s what you get with the Vox AC4TV. This little combo packs quite a punch for its size. The custom designed 10” Celestion VX10 is a perfect compliment for the barky Vox tone the AC4 puts forth. Flip it to 4 watts to scare the cat and mic the cab for recording. Tone down to 1 watt for those mellow recording sessions or practicing with a buddy. Down one more notch takes the AC-4 to ½ watt and lets you crank the amp for all the tone you can squeeze from it without waking the baby.
