The Electro Harmonix POG2 Polyphonic Octave Generator adds a new attack control to allow you to slide in fat swells. A second sub-octave fader gives you more options for achieving the deepest tones possible. The 2 pole resonant low-pass filter includes two more Q modes. The detune feature has also been updated to allow even more sound sculpting. Add to that the fact that the EH POG2 just sounds better than the original POG because the engineers enhanced the algorhythm for a more focused sound.
