Lovepedal Eternity E6

The Lovepedal Eternity has carved out a name for itself in the annals of guitar effects as a “holy grail” overdrive pedal. Now the Lovepedal Eternity E6 is here. Take the Eternity, add more gain, and smooth out the compression and you have the E6. This gives you more sustain without the unnatural compression of high gain pedals, incredible dynamics, and more of that sweet overdrive tone that the Eternity is famous for. The Glass knob has also been adjusted to affect the high mids as well as the top end. The Lovepedal Eternity E6 is more than just a hot-rodded Eternity, it’s a refinement of an already classic overdrive pedal.

The Lovepedal Eternity E6 is a great next step in the Eternity series. The original Eternity had that classic gain structure and compression that is great for higher wattage amps that you can get loud enough to compress the tubes. The Kanji was perfect for the lower gain amps that have their own compression artifacts and overdrive just from getting volume out of them. Now the Lovepedal Eternity E6 takes the tone to the next level. The E6 features more gain but the compression has been smoothed out to add sustain and clarity while retaining the dynamic response that the volume knob player requires. The tone sweep is a hair different. You can still get a nice bright sound when it is rolled off but as you roll it up, it gives you a subtle shift in the high mids (as well as the high treble frequencies) to bring out harmonics and crunch that was never possible with the original Eternity. The Lovepedal Eternity E6 is perfect for high and low wattage amps and great for the player that just needs a little more than eternity.
