Straight from the UK comes the Rothwell Hellbender.  Everyone at ProGuitarShop was astounded at these handwired, true bypass boutique pedals from England when we first plugged ‘em.   Around here we hear a lot about “Marshall  plexi in a stompbox” when we get new pedals in for our customers.  With the Rothwell Hellbender, we are pleased to say that this skillfully crafted stompbox plugs you straight into that hot British stack tone, all the while retaining the characteristics of your guitar’s natural tone.  Les Pauls sound rich and, dynamic, and Strats sound thick and robust.  The multi-stage distortion circuit responds like a tube amp, and the tone knob is based on the classic tone stacks found in vintage Marshall amps.  The folks at Rothwell did their homework and delivered.
