PGS Used Gear Return Policy

All of our used gear is guaranteed to arrive as represented on our website.  All items are guaranteed in working condition unless otherwise stated.  All used items are sold as is.  In the case of a used item arriving non-functional you are eligible for a full refund as long as we are notified as soon as the item is received.  We do not warranty the item in any way.  If you are unhappy with a used item, we must be notified and have a Return Authorization number issued within 14 days of receiving the item.  After 14 days, the sale is final and the item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.  While we test every item for full functionality, some parts are subject to normal wear such as pots, tubes, switches, and any accessories.  PGS will not be held responsible for these items being dirty or otherwise non-functional.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via phone or email.  We’re really nice guys and will go out of our way to help you have a great buying experience.
