The TC Electronic Flashback X4 puts a whole world of delay at your feet. With 12 different types of dedicated delays, and 4 slots for downloadable TonePrint presets, up to 16 different truly magnificent sounding delays are yours at the click of a switch. Capture any 3 of your own favorite presets and assign each to its own footswitch for instant recall onstage or in the studio, plug in an expression pedal (not included) to control delay time, feedback level and delay level, for each of your three presets, each with your own preset sweeps, or plug in a MIDI controller for unlimited possibilities. A tap tempo footswitch, a 3-way toggle for quarter notes, dotted eighths or both, and controls for delay level, feedback level and delay time give you absolute flexibility to find every possible setting for every type of delay.
And what a collection of delays it is. The tape delay gives you a classic analog sound that degrades with each repeat. The tube delay simulates the vintage sweetness of an old Dynacord Tube Echo. Space delivers a lush, reverb-infused sound of the original Roland Space Echo with a tasteful hint of modulation. Analog comes back with the progressively warmer repeats you expect from an old school bucket brigade delay, and the Analog with Modulation adds a subtle touch of chorus for a beautiful effect. Reverse delay provides instant psychedelia by playing your signal back to you in reverse for a truly far out sonic experience. Dynamic ducks beneath your playing volume until you reach the end of a phrase, perfect for that dramatic end-of-song repeat. Of course TC has added two versions of their classic 2290 delay, the original and the 2290 with Modulation. Slap offers rockabilly perfection, LOFI gives you a warm effect and Ping Pong delivers separation between repeats when played in stereo or perfectly clean repeats in mono.
As with many TC Electronics effects, the Flashback X4 accepts TonePrint settings. Four slots are available, each one dedicated to the download of your dreams. TC Electronics’ exclusive invention is the result of giving their favorite artists special access to a special editor which allows them to dial in otherwise inaccessible parameters and control sweeps to create what is essentially a custom pedal with their own custom sounds. These special settings, or TonePrints, are available on TC Electronics’ website for anyone with internet access to download on to their own pedal.
Flip the two-way toggle from Delay to Looper and the Flashback X4 becomes a whole new pedal that is, itself, worth the price of admission. Whether you’re a one man band or some kind of wizard guitarist, 60 seconds of layered repeats, each with or without any of the delays, gives you and your rig a self-contained world of multi-instrumental expression. In Looper mode, the four footswitches become dedicated controls for Recording, Play/Pause, Play Once and Undo for complete control of the unlimited creative possibilities.
The Flashback X4 gives you the option of true bypass, which leaves no sonic fingerprints on your guitar’s tone when the effect is not in use, or buffered bypass, which boosts your signal, and is perfect if you use long cables or have a lot of pedals on your board. Simply unscrew the back plate and flip the left dip-switch down for true bypass or up for buffered bypass with trails.

Proguitarshop.com will ship completed orders Monday-Firday. Order placed and paid before 8:30 PST will ship that same day. All completed orders after the cutoff time will ship within 24 hours. Proguitarshop.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Most orders shipping within the US will ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2-3 days. An automated email with a a delivery confirmation number will be sent. This number may be entered at USPS.com, however, the Priority Mail service does not offer step by step tracking. It will only update once the item has been delivered.
Most orders shipping outside the US will ship USPS Express International. The estimated deilvery time for international orders is 3-5 days. All international orders will ship with a tracking number. An automated email with tracking details will be sent.
Larger items such as amplifiers and guitars may be shipped via UPS Ground service in the US and UPS World-Wide Expedited service for international orders. An automated email with tracking information will be sent to the recipient.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the original purchase price. We offer a 60-day return policy on all pedals. We ask that you please return the product in the original product packaging along with all included materials (manual, warranty card, all accessories) and in the original condition that it was received. Pedals returned in undesirable condition (scratched, nicked, or modified) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. We must receive the product within 60 days of you receiving it. All guitar and amplifier purchases must be returned within 15 days of receiving the unit with all original packaging and materials.
Please pack carefully. Do not attach a label to manufacturer’s box. Use a shipping box for packing your return. You may choose any shipping service you like to return the package to us. We strongly recommend some sort of tracking or delivery confirmation and insurance. Lost packages happen; this will help protect you from loss.
Returns are processed twice a week, usually within 72 hours of receiving them. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or Paypal account used for purchase. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to post on the account once the refund has been processed.

Also, please be aware of the light finish scratches that may occur when playing a guitar from picks, fingernails, shirt buttons, and belt buckles. These are not acceptable on a return so please be careful.
